Hoppy evening and a lighter morning full of the taste sensations. This is our plan for the perfect beer harmony this weekend.
For a good start, the master breakfast: oatmeal, malts – barley and oatmeal with a drop of milk (lactose)!
Ambrosia for a delicate palate. Very low bitterness and a well marked tropical aroma (filled with passion fruit, pineapple, grape, gooseberry and pear notes). Oat Cream IPA owes its exceptional smoothness and fruity juiciness to the above-mentioned ingredients and the perfect combo of Mosaic, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin varieties.
The undisputed (hoppy) star of this weekend would be our Flawless DIPA brewed together with Simply Hops! They provide us with Citra and Mosaic varieties in three different (and innovative!) forms – Incognito, Lupomax and Spectrum. And so… you can expect super intense sensations during the tasting sessions. Connoisseurs of intensely hopped beer should be pleased!
