It’s time to announce that we have launched a new, special place for wild, sour beers! This is a completely new series of our beers, which`d include wild and unique beers, that have one thing in common – unrestricted long and wild fermentation in which we use the whole world of microorganisms!

 

WILD No. 9 Farmhouse Lager

Get to know our ninth beer from the WILD brand – Farmhouse Lager! Processed from our beloved WRCLW Pils base recipe and inoculated with wild Brettanomyces mix and dry hopped with German, noble hop varieties Hallertau Blanc and Mittelfruh. Crisp, clear and clean in profile lager with the rustic twist of funky notes in the background!

WILD No. 8 Bière de Table

We proudly present our eighth beer from the WILD brand – Bière de Table, brewed in collaboration with Little Earth Project back in November 2019. Co-fermented with our own mélange of wild yeast and Little earth’s house strain, harvested from skins in apples from their own farm in Sudbury, UK

WILD No. 7 Brett NEIPA

We proudly present our seventh beer from the WILD brand – Brett NEIPA. This beer will drink differently in his early days or after some months, being more hop dominant in the beginning and moving forward into the fruitier side of Brettanomyces wild yeast over the time. Distinguished by deep straw yellow color and the complex aromatic profile.

WILD No. 6 Bière de soif refermented with Apricots

We proudly present our sixth beer from the WILD brand distinguished by deep orange color and the rich, complex aromatic profile. The final product is a blend of our barrel aged Bière de soif base and the huge amount of local apricots. Bottle conditioned and unpasteurized beer.

WILD No. 5 Bière de soif refermented with Cherries

We proudly present our fifth beer from the WILD brand distinguished by deep red color and the rich and complex aromatic profile. The final product is a blend of our barrel aged Bière de soif base and the huge amount of local cherries. Bottle conditioned and unpasteurized beer.

WILD No. 4 Bière de soif refermented with Dornfelder grapes Blend 2019

We proudly present our fourth beer from the WILD brand – Bière de soif refermented with Dornfelder Blend 2019. It is distinguished by a deep burgundy color and a complex aromatic profile rich in notes of forest fruits (berries, blackberries), plums, cherries, subtle field flowers, oak and broadly understood funky. Beer with a very long shelf life, ideal for aging – changing over time.

We proudly present our third beer from the WILD brand: Bière de soif refermented with Pinot Noir grapes Blend 2019. It is distinguished by interesting pink color and a complex aromatic profile rich in notes of blackcurrant, strawberries, raspberries, spices: white pepper and clove, as well as broadly understood funky notes. Beer with a very long shelf life, ideal for aging – changing over time.

We proudly present our second beer from the WILD brand: Bière de soif refermented with Riesling grapes Blend 2019. It is distinguished by deep orange color and a complex aromatic profile rich in: field flowers, stable, white fruit and broadly understood “funky” notes. Beer with a very long shelf life, ideal for aging – changing over time.

WILD Vintage Sour Ale refermented with Blackcurrant | Blend 2019

Our first beer in this series is Vintage Sour Ale – a beer distinguished by extremely intense acidity, with noticeable activity of wild yeast and slightly vinegar refreshment, known from Flemish beers.
