Each beer style has something different to offer – during the workshops we will tell you how the right selection of individual components can enrich the qualities of both: a drink and a dish and how to combine them so that they reciprocate on the plate with the depth of flavors and aromas. Using local products from the Stu Mostów cuisine, we will create a menu based on the rules of beer and foodpairing & select beers from our offer to finally enjoy their taste!
The dinner is going to be held at Concept Stu Mostów, a creative space where craftsmen, chefs and bakers produce dishes and preserves with the addition of beer, hops, wort and malts. The production at Concept is correlated with the brewing process at the Brewery – every day we bake sourdough bread, malt pretzels and other products that stands in line with the “Zero Waste” rules. We enjoy explaining the philosophy behind our projects and we encourage you to get to know them during this dinner.
