Don’t miss the chance to taste our new summer menu offering new dishes based on seasonal and regional products as well as a wide selection of unconventional foodpairing to refresh you on hot summer days.
Each of the dishes on the menu pairs with a specific beer style to highlight or balance its flavour. The menu includes our customers favourites: malty pretzel, a new liver-based dish, and seasonal beef steaks.
The highly recommended summer snack is Polish tomatoes marinated in malty and canola oil served with barley, hard maturing cheese, and bread-like tart. The unique taste of the dish is enhanced while drinking a limited edition of WRCLW Pils, beer brewed specifically for the International Film Festival Nowe Horyzonty.
Another item not to miss on our summer menu is malt-coated black pudding served with cucumber salad and mustard mayo. If you pair this dish with SALAMANDER Black IPA, you will achieve a fine balance between clearly bitter tones of beer, crusty coating, and smooth black pudding.
One of the most attractive items among our main dishes are broad bean and mint filled dumplings served with broth and shredded goat meat. This filling but subtle dish pairs perfectly well with one of the more intense and bitter beers by Browar Stu Mostów such as SALAMANDER Pale Ale or Brut IPA.
This season’s most impressive dish is a seasonal beef steak served with currant demiglace, butterhead lettuce, cream, and potato. The best beer to have with the steak is Salamander Blackcurrant Berliner Weisse or WRCLW Cherry Eisbock.
