Concept attracts foodies and aesthetes
Concept Stu Mostów is a combination of a delicacy shop, bistro and a studio where craftsmen: a baker, chef, and cheese-maker cooperate. The unique offer is inspired by the neighbouring brewery. Beer, wort, malts and brewers grains are used in the production of pretzels, bread and mustards.
It is also a place encouraging cooperation with local producers and farmers. Aside beer and sourdough bread, there are organic cheeses and selection of meat to be served as beer snacks and sandwiches. Everything is handmade and produced locally from original recipes. Concept has been born out of passion to search for natural and traditional flavours.
