We’re opening the brewery out of the need for authentic experience and the desire to taste the slow-paced life again. Wrocław has not been a random choice. This is a modern and creative city with a non-conformist sprit. What’s more, the brewing tradition in the capital of the Lower Silesia region goes back 800 years. Unfortunately, it has been interrupted and we want to start it again.

The brewery will be located at 2 Jana Długosza Street in a renovated red brick building. This place will not only revive the beer culture but also become a distinct meeting point on the map of Wrocław. The new life breathed into the wonderful building has been well placed in the context of revitalising the Nadodrze district of the nearby Oder river.

We’re creating a space for beer lovers who want to meet friends, make friends and who follow the slow life philosophy.

The bar and tables will be located at the mezzanine floor with additional seats in the outdoor area. The technological line will be placed on the ground floor so that one can watch the production process while sipping a beer.

We’ll be brewing mostly ale-type top fermentation beer based on our own original recipes. We care not about quantity but quality and taste of the served beer.

* The originators of the Browar Stu Mostów brewery are Grzegorz and Arletta Ziemian, beer lovers for whom the fast-paced life has lost its taste. Longing for self-fulfilment, the married couple has decided to slow down and find a new way of life. And that’s how Browar Stu Mostów was born.
