While brewing we used barley and wheat malts, oat flakes and lactose! For hops we used Citra (that we know and love), it gave us tropical aromas together with mango, melon, passionfruit, papaya, pineapple aromas as well like gooseberry, pelargonium and jasmine. We spiced it up with Sabro to add tangerine and coconut aromas. To make this DIPA tase like summer we added tangerine puree and coconut flakes. Let it swing you off your feet.
