Super light and hazy white beer whose lightness and velvety texture are produced by oat and wheat flakes whereas its exceptionally citrus and tropical flavours are brought about by cold hopping with the use highly aromatic hop varieties, orange peel and coliander seeds.

This style is famous for its distinc citrus and spicy tones that are produced by hops as well as orange peels and coliander seeds.
Super light grist consisting mainly of unmalted wheat produces an exceptionally light texture of the beer, which in turn makes the brew highly drinkable. Extract at the lower level of the style brings the best of the extra ingredients such as hops, orange peels and coliander seeds.
The beer undergoes Whirlpool and cold hopping, which produce refreshing aromas with well- balanced bitterness. We have used a mix of new-wave hops: the citrus Mandarina Bavaria, tropical El Dorado and fruity Amarillo.
The two indispensable ingredients of White IPA are: orange peels and freshly ground coliander seeds which produce citrus tones. Both of these ingredients have been added during the beer’s ageing process not, as usual, during the process of boiling the wort. As a result, an exceptionally refreshing and clear aroma has been produced.
