Salamander New England Triple IPA

We invite you to the first beer premiere in 2020 on Długosza Street – hoppy NewEngland Triple IPA from the Salamander brand!

Hops were added to this beer at all possible stages – we add huge amounts of American varieties pellets of: Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra hops, which resulted in an extremely intense aroma. This is a completely new dimension of the IPA style in our offer!

Salamander New England Triple IPA Mosaic, El Dorado & Citra

It consists of a light malt base with the addition of a substantial amount of wheat and oat flakes and even more hops! At all possible production stages, we have added huge amounts of hop pellets of American varieties: Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra, which resulted in an intense tropical aroma.

Malts:

This style belongs to the strongest of the IPA family! Therefore, it is filled with bright and sweet malty base, the texture of which is enriched by a considerable amount of wheat and oat flakes. A pinch of glucose slightly improves the finish, thanks to which, despite the high voltage, the beer remains surprisingly drinkable.

Hops:

Triple New England IPA is the most hoppy beer you can imagine! We hop it repeatedly with insane amounts of hop pellets. The first dry hopping takes place in the late fermentation phase – at this stage hopping does not usually have a positive effect on the process, but in the right conditions yeast can biotransform hop oils into slightly different compounds, giving an even more intense aroma!

During dry-hopping process we added 3 types of hops:

The mixture of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic, gave the whole range of: lychee, pineapple, oranges, papayas, pitahaya, mangoes, carambola, peaches and yellow grapefruit aromas!

Best when it`s fresh!

Such intensely hopped beer tastes insanely – especially fresh! Hop aroma decreases over time. Therefore, treat this beer with particular care – keep it in a dark and very cool place (the fridge will be a good solution) and do not wait – drink fresh!
