ART+52 New England DIPA
Art + 52 New England Dipa is the result of cooperation with the Kiev brewery VARVAR. Breed hops (Motueka and Pacifica from The New Zealand farm Freestyle hops) and mosaic were thrown into the whirlpool and used during cold hopping). Exceptional yeast (mango and citrus aromas) we owe to Canadians from escarpment. An interesting feature in the composition is buckwheat, a rare addition, smuggled into the style by our friends from Ukraine. |
