The 5th Good Beer Festival in Wrocław is already behind us, but we will definitely not forget this special event for a long time. One Hundred Bridges Brewery went all official, which proved a big success.
Over three days, a couple of thousand people visited us to offer praise and encouragement. It turned out that making a debut just before the festival started was a great idea. The resulting interest from the public was huge and quite unexpected in a very pleasant way, recalls Grzegorz Ziemian, co owner of One Hundred Bridges Brewery.
Our stand at the festival was the place to taste wonderful Bavarian flavors, including that of the 2014 best pilsner. Right now, we are working on the formula of our beer, and the first brews will be ready in autumn. But we decided to provide everyone with a sample of what to expect from us, says Grzegorz Ziemian.
This is why the stand of One Hundred Bridges Brewery hosted beers from our partner craft breweries Schönramer and Camba. Our guests could taste Schönramer Pils, recognized with the gold medal at the Beer World Cup in the US, as well as Camba Pale Ale, Imperial Black IPA, or Nelson.
Among the attractions were fish delicacies straight from Stawy Milickie (local fish ponds), which were specially fixed for our brewery by Piotr Kucharski. The chef made his appearance in person to serve delicious snacks and share some insight into culinary art.
This was a very busy and exciting weekend. Now it is time to get back to our preparations, because in just a few months we will present our genuine crafted beer hailing from the City of One Hundred Bridges.
