This week we are releasing MUTED HORN and GLOWING. Both beers are very special – each for a different reasons.
We are very excited about our collaboration with Muted Horn. It is a unique place on the map of Berlin, an independent bar founded by Canadians which serves the best craft beer in the world – including beers from the Stu Mostów Brewery. The Muted Horn nitro stout is a very dark and dense beer, inspired by the Canadian chocolate dessert nanaimo. You can expect distinctive, dessert-like aromas: vanilla, coconut, almonds and most of all chocolate. It looks gorgeous in a glass – its intense black color contrasts well with the pale, long-lasting foam, characteristic for NITRO beers.
GLOWING is the result of our participation in international project with the same name (read more here). It is a Multigrain IPA brewed with barley, oat, wheat and rye malts with addition of delicious honey. The hops? Blend of Yakima Valley Cryo and Pellet hops. A set of specially selected ingredients is complemented by our own yeast strain. GLOWING is special for one more reason. As part of our participation in the project we support the Jagodzianka temporary home for stray animals (and you can do it too, just click here)
