Spring is in the air!



Feel the spring vibes. Open up to the mother nature. Taste the new seasonal beers from the Stu Mostów Brewery and remind yourself what real, carefree life tastes like.

The two latest seasonal releases should be in the picnic basket of every craft lover.

CITRUS WITBIER, the first of two spring offerings prepared especially for you, features a light yellow color and a persistent white head. We used a mixture of German wheat and barley malt together with oat flakes, which are responsible for the intense haze and honey-vanilla maltiness. German Hersbrucker variety provided a low, mild bitterness, and the additives used during brewing – dried bitter orange peel and dried chamomile flowers – gave this beer its traditional Belgian character. However, the most important ingredient are yeasts (Traditional Witbier Ale strain), thanks to which it has an appropriate dryness and a very interesting aromatic profile.

DRY HOPPED SAISON is a nod to the classic Saison. We brewed it in our own way, of course, based on a multi-grain malt base, a blend of New Zealand Motueka and German Huell Melon hops and our two favorite saison yeast strains. The notes of the aforementioned yeast harmonize perfectly with the fruity, lime, melon and strawberry notes of the hops, which perfectly fits the atmosphere of the first warm and sunny days and evenings this year.
