In the next, 11th beer from the Wild series we decided to show you our interpretation of a classic north French farmhouse style – Biere de Garde. Fermented with our expressive saison yeast and Brettamonyces blend. Barrel aged in the 2nd use Bourbon barrels for nearly one year and bottle conditoned for 6 months.
Not pasteurized, thanks to which they remain alive and change along with the passing time. Thanks to thata each bottle is characterized by a truly unique taste and aroma!
