Meet the super hoppy ART+41 brewed with our Basque friends from Gross Brewery!
After the great reception of our latest beer collaboration – Baia, Baia DIPA brewed in Basque Country, we decided to push the boundaries a bit further and take the same recipe to the next – triple level.
The result is Baia Baia Baia – bold, well-hopped and intense in flavor, based on a combination of Pils and Pale Ale malts, and enriched with oat flakes, which smoothed its texture. Thanks to minor changes in the production process, dry hopping in the amount of 3 g / l brought out the maximum aroma from the varieties we used (Idaho 7, Azacca and Galaxy). To obtain an alcohol content of 10% without adding unnecessary sweetness to the beer, we also added a little bit of dextrose to it.
As a result, a really powerful, bold and hoppy New England Triple IPA was created, which will take your receptors into a completely new dimension of hoppyness!
