The Nepomucen Brewery is one of the top craft breweries located in Lower Silesia, Poland.
They are known for, among others, hoppy styles of beer. Therefore, combining our knowledge and skills when creating a recipe for our collab beer, we quickly decided to focus on a Double IPA style.
But … not an ordinary DIPA!
Its base consist mainly of barley malt and oat flakes, thanks to which the body is full and color is straw-golden. It owes its intense aroma to double dry hopping with Citra, Galaxy and Columbus varieties, the combination of which resulted in notes of pineapple, mango, citrus and green hemp.
The main role is played by Kveik yeast, which was isolated in the 90s from the home culture of the Norwegian Brewery located in the city of Stranda. Beers fermented by them can be characterized primarily by a unique, intensely fruity profile.
You will be able to get to know its taste and aroma next Monday – on December 28, during the release of the 40th ART+ beer!
Our Kveik IPA cans will be available in our company store – Concept Stu Mostów at Długosza 2 Street and online via the following websites:
