New Zealand is an extremely beautiful country in the south-western part of the Pacific Ocean. The wild nature of island has been a destination for travellers from all over the world for decades, but it has also a lot of enthusiasts in the craft beer world!

Over the last few years, hops from there have become very popular, surprising with the depth of their flavours & aromas. Taking advantage of the trend, we have decided to delve into the possibilities offered by New Zealand hops.

This is how we found the Hop Revolution farm, whose hops were not available on the European market… until now!

It is located on the Gulf of Tasmania and forms the largest hop garden in New Zealand today with an area of 116 hectares!

We managed to get the hops from there and add them to our newest batch of SALAMANDER NEIPA:

• Nelson Sauvin – responsible for an aromatic profile similar to Sauvignon Blanc and
• Mouteka, which will give the beer a tropical fruit and citrus note
