We invite you on August 28 for the first sip of sweet as summer travels and sour as the moment of their ending – two versions of Pastry Sour Ale:
- Pastry Sour Ale Guava, Nectarine & Lime
- Pastry Sour Ale Raspberry, Blackberry & Lime
These will be cereal and velvety beers with intense acidity balanced with fruity and lactose sweetness. Base of both beers, we have enriched with huge amounts of aromatic guava and nectarine purees (in the tropical version) as well as raspberries and blackberries in the second, local version.
We also emphasized their character with lime, vanilla and coconut, obtaining a delicious and refreshing beer dessert that from the first sip will remind your taste buds holiday carefree moments.
