How about some good, old lager in the brand new WILD version?
The history of #100mostow Farmhouse style lager has started with our beloved Pils and was processed from its recipe. After the main fermentation at the low temperatures with a clean lager yeast strain and 5 weeks of lagering we have inoculated it with a plethora of Brettanomyces wild yeast strain. After secondary fermentation it was also subtle dry-hopped with german Hallertau Blanc and Mittelfruh hop varieties.
Funky, fruity with a clean finish that remains lager alike – perfectly refreshing beer with the surprising, wild twist!
We will present it during release weekend 14 – 16 of August – feel invited to join us at Długosza 2 Street in WRCLW to take the first sip!
