From the very beginning of our existence, we want beers brewed in Browar Stu Mostów to accompany you in conversations on interesting and important topics. Now we`d also want to broaden your horizons, arouse emotions and create an atmosphere of mutual understanding, respect and openness to other people by the values we will talk about through the SALAMANDER brand. As a Craft Brewery we want to show and strengthen the most beautiful things in relationships between people, and to refer through our products the values we believe in – such as friendship and respect.

Therefore, the SALAMANDER brand, deeply rooted in the beer traditions of Wrocław, starting from this moment, will express in its design the values that shape our philosophy and at the same time build bridges between people and rediscover a beer culture. Each beer label under the SALAMANDER brand will have a QR code that will direct you to the description of graphically expressed value and of a specific beer.
New (CAN) packaging!
A noticeable novelty in the appearance of SALAMANDER is also a can, not only the best packaging solution for beer (especially intensely hopped one!), but also environmentally friendly in many respects. Hence, we have recently installed a modern canning line thanks to which more and more beer can be packaged this way.

During the premiere weekend | April 24 – 27 | you will have the opportunity to taste our beer releases in a can (with a new design) for the first time:
SALAMANDER DDH DIPA Citra, Idaho7 & El Dorado
- Our next arrangement of the extremely hoppy DDH DIPA style. The high extract combined with the addition of oat malt and flakes has resulted in a hazy and full malt foundation, reminiscent of a juicy fruit puree. We hopped the beer twice with Citra, Idaho7 and El Dorado varieties, which resulted in rich aroma, filled with notes of ripe peach, pineapple, passion fruit, orange, pine resin and black tea.
SALAMANDER New England Pale Ale Citra Comet
- Velvety, hazy, intensely hopped New England in a lighter Pale Ale version! We brewed it with a very high share of oat flakes and fermented with Vermont Ale yeast. Same as our DDH DIPA it was dry-hopped with Citra and Comet varieties, which gave the aromas of grapefruit, lime and resin – a perfectly drinkable and refreshing beer for spring!
