The first #CreativeCollaboration release in #2020 – ART+33 Imperial Pastry Sour Ale Lychee & Mango brewed in cooperation with the polish Brewery Ziemia Obiecana!
This is another beer after ART+25 Crumble Sour IPA and ART+30 Pastry Sour Ale – Pink Guava, Pineapple Passionfruit, the content of which is an extremely dessert, sour`n sweet mix of flavors and aromas. This time we decided to go a step further and prepare a variation on the Pastry Sour Ale style in a stronger, imperial version!
It`s going to be cloudy, velvety & extremely smooth beer with intense sourness, well balanced by sweetness. To highlight the dessert character of this style, we added a huge amount of aromatic lychee and mango purees as well as vanilla and coconut. The final effect of our #coop is delicious, aromatic & refreshing #ImperialPastrySour!
