Brewed in cooperation with Basqueland Brewing: ART+30 Pastry Sour Ale – Pink Guava, Pineapple & Passionfruit is a sour, incredibly fruity mix of flavors and aromas!
Together with Kevin Patricio we`ve decided to create a beer that will perfectly match to both seasons: the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. To recreate a pastry dessert taste, in the production process we used three types of tropical fruits: pink guava, pineapple and passionfruit, which enriched the aromatic profile of the beer!
This is a sweet and sour variant of Sour Ale, brewed with lots of oat flakes, lactose and aged with vanilla and tropical purees of pink guava, pineapple and passionfruit. This beer is unusually full, cloudy, smoothand extremely drinkable.
From Friday it will be available at our taproom and Concept Stu Mostów on Długosza Street – feel invited!
