Spring is just around the corner. The sun is shyly touching our pale bodies that long for the spring warmth. On the first sunny and warm days nature wakes up. The first early vegetables sprung up: cucumbers, lettuce, chives, and rhubarb show their juicy colours and fresh aromas. Dishes prepared with early spring vegetables taste delicious in this time of year!
To enjoy the incredibly refreshing taste of early vegetables, our Head Chef, Michał Czekajło, has created unique and delicious dishes that we are going to serve on Friday 10 May. The foodpairing Beer Dinner is going to be organized on the theme of Pale, which is the initial spring colour before everything blooms in colours. The cuisine by Michał Czekajło has been awarded the prestigious award by Gault&Millau confirming the quality of served dishes. To maintain highest quality of food we care greatly about the source of products. For this reason, the majority of products used to prepare dishes for the beer dinner come from regional suppliers and local farmers that we know well.
As the name suggests, the Beer Dinner includes more than delicious food. Each of the five dishes will be served with beers carefully selected by our Beer Manager and Foodpairing Specialist. When it comes to pairing beer and food, we are the experts! We have been promoting foodpairing since the very beginning of our Brewery. Locating craft beer brewing and food production in close proximity leads to constant exchange of experiences between brewers and chefs. At the Beer Dinner you are going to see beer as something more than just a drink to have with a dish. Our goal is to show how beer actually inspires the dish, and consequently the whole culinary experience. We are going to serve beers brewed on Długosza Street as well as beer imported to Poland as part of the Beer Bridges, our network of the leading European craft breweries.
The dinner starts at 7:00 p.m. and will last about 3 hours. The maximum number of participants is 25. The price is PLN220 per person.
