While in London, we are promoting WRCLW and the SALAMANDER and ART brands! SALAMANDER Milkshake IPA, SALAMANDER Double Dry Hopped DIPA, ART#18 Honey & Vanilla Wheat Wine, ART#19 Rye Brut IPA, ART#20 Hibiscus Citrus Saison – all have been very well received. Ślęża Brut DIPA brewed in collaboration with Track Brewing. Loads of people, loads of questions, huge interest in our beers.
We have successfully completed the tap takeover at Mother Kelly’s. We are in for a series of meetings and tastings of beers brewed in WRCLW and the produce by Concept. At Indiebeer our fruit beers, Concept wort-based mustard with chilli, onion comfiture and horseradish with pear have been a smash.
Next to Browar Stu Mostów we have opened a craft workshop where bakers, chefs, and cheese makers cooperate. This is where we bake pretzels and sour dough bread, and make mustard and preserves.. Concept produce compliment the Brewery’s offer. Concept provides education and inspiration in the field of foodpairing. What we do to promote beer culture and Poland has been well appreciated in London.
