Browar Stu Mostów for their commitment to reviving the brewing traditions of Wrocław while Laugar has been recognized for its innovativeness which promotes the Basque Country and high quality hoppy beers.

The release of ART#19 brewed in collaboration with Laugar is taking place this weekend. The collaborative brew, Brut IPA , known as the youngest among IPA styles, is a light and hazy refined beer bridging the gap between New England IPA (DDH IPA) and West Coast IPA. This intensely aromatic cold hopped brew is filled with tropical, citrus and resinous varieties of American hops.

– We have joined our forces to brew a new style, Brut IPA. We have designed the recipe and selected the hops together. Hopping is particularly difficult in this type of beers as is finding the right balance – says Mateusz Gulej, the head brewer at Browar Stu Mostów.
