We have just completed our TTO at Brewers Inc, a highly prestigious place as our host is a well-known promoter of craft beers in Copenhagen. We had a Full House! Our beer tastings has become a springboard for heated discussions with our guests who mostly brew their beers at home.
On taps SALAMANDER Oatmeal Chocolate Milk Stout Nitro, SALAMANDER Black IPA, WRCLW Schöps, ART#14 Mango & Peach DIPA (Brewski 🇸🇪 collab), ART#17 Pink Guava Sour Saison (Naparbier 🇪🇦️ collab).
We have completed our collaboration with the Swedish brewery Brekeriet specializing in specialising in sour and aged beers. We have brewed a dark sour style which is going to ferment in barrels for the minimum of 8 months. Then, it is going to be blended with forest fruit. Now we are in for a big promotion of Polish craft and the Scandinavian Beer Bridge!
