The expansion of the Browar Stu Mostów is about to be completed. We have implemented a highly complex quality investment project that will allow us to eliminate the risk of lowering standards while maintaining natural beer qualities at all production stages from choosing grains to bottling. You can’t miss it.

What’s there to see? The first in Poland HopGun – a „dry hopping” system patented by BrauKon; a cutting edge centrifuge; and the first monoblock in Polish craft industry that has automated the bottling process. There are also new tanks of 20 do 60 hl that make it easier for us to offer a wide variety of beers at the same time. Smaller tanks have enriched our Barrel Aging Program. The Brewery will soon provide for constant availability of our core beers within 30 km from our headquarters. This is a chance to build something more than distribution. Since the very day of its opening, the Brewery has been called the Craft Ferrari. There are many reasons why the Brewery is exceptional on the Polish market. The brewing system by BrauKon is a real treat for the eyes. It’s been the first time in my career to experience such a luxurious and cutting edge technology. Perfect finish; a visual masterpiece. Luxurious product. Craft Ferrari – said Michał Docent Maranda, Polskie Minibrowary, 2014/2015. The grandiose of the brewing system and the mezzanine is so impressive! To appreciate the tall aging and fermentation tanks one needs to hold one’s head up high. Not to mention the fact that the Brewery has a pub right on the spot!
