Fresh and varied menu, passion, creativity and commitment of the entire team managed by Michał Czekajło have been recognized yet again. Bravo Michał! As the Chef, he is the one who designs our menu including a new lunch set every day. Michał has enforced his vision of preparing everything on the spot from fresh produce delivered by local producers. His work is his passion. No wonder, he knows all our suppliers whom he has selected in person. To start cooperation with a new supplier, Michał spends a few days with them getting to know farming and production standards of local craft. Our team works hard every day to raise awareness of our customers that we do much more than just to feed them or serve beer. The bar has been set high. The Yellow Guide is well appreciated among foodies for their reviews and recommendations. Restaurants are evaluated on the basis of questionnaires that include about 100 parameters. It’s not a game of chance. What is evaluated: food quality; a selection of products; products quality; seasonality; preparation techniques; creativity and food design. The correspondence between the menu and the place is also taken into consideration. Points are awarded as the famous yellow toques.
