The beer’s exceptional lightness so typical for this style has been achieved thanks to low 9% extract and two light malts: Pilsner and wheat. The aromatic hops: Citra, Galaxy and Topaz added in the late hopping method as well as 30% oatmeal have given the beer its wonderful smoothness. As a result, the beer cultivated with lactic acid bacteria is light but far from watery. Perfect for Sour- and HopHeads!

Another beer worth tasting is ART#8 Strawberry Berliner Weisse. This classic Berliner Weisse combines slight acidity and sweetness of strawberries. It’s a great example of collaboration between Poland and Germany. Many consider this beer brewed in cooperation with the Berlin-based BRLO brewery as exemplary Berliner and fruit beer. Kuba from Beervolt believes it’s “a strong candidate for the Polish beer of the year.”
