A brochure promoting Schops arrived at Berlin Beer Week

We promote Schops in Germany

Berlin Beer Week is also the world première of the special brochure with which we promote Schops. Then we will take it to Bavaria.

We published the brochure in the joint effort with the city of Wroclaw. There you can find everything you must know about our most famous beer. Dr. Grzegorz Sobel (University of Wroclaw) wrote a text about the fact that only the style but also a part of the history and identity of Wroclaw is being reconstructed. Mateusz Gulej described the “taste of beer which was brewed 400 years ago” – he wrote about the work on the recipe and how you can describe the flavour of Schops today. It is about us and our mission. And about Wroclaw – the Beer Capital of Poland, what makes Wroclaw the best place in Poland to taste beer, talk about it, build breweries, brew beer and study brewing. The support of the City is great news for all of us. We brew beer which is a part of our identity and which we can use to show our great brewing traditions. We want everyone to be aware of the great number of breweries, people, places and events. We want them to visit Wroclaw 🙂

Schops will be premièred on 20 September. It will take place in the presence of brewing scientists and technologists from all over Europe, the participants in EBC Symposium which will be held for the first time in Poland. Wroclaw is the host of the meeting.
