Our first beers premiere next week

Visit us on Thursday Dec.12 from 7:00p.m and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00p.m.!

From the very beginning our aim was to mark our presence on the Polish market. What we value is maintaining the highest standards at each stage of the project. That’s how we’ve chosen our business partners and state-of-the-art brewing equipment. The technology that we have at our disposal in Wrocław is the one used by many of the most prestigious craft breweries worldwide. At the start we are drawing on the experience they shared with us at each stage of the brewery project. The selection of classical technology has been appreciated by representatives of the industry as well as Wrocław-based brewers: Fryderyk Krukowski, a long-term Chairman of the Browary Piast brewery; Czesław Zawiski, CEO of the Browar Mieszczański brewery; Bolesław Dereniowski, Brewer at the Browar Zakrzów brewery and Leszek Stały, CEO of Zakrzów brewery who said: “I’m expecting a success because it is a brewery not a beer factory.”

We’ve been looking for craftsmen from the very beginning. The brewing industry is quite exceptional. No two breweries have the same features. In order to design a brewery well, it takes to understand life philosophy of the owners and brewers as well as specificity of its location and the local market. Who supported us at all these stages is BrauKon that we mention so often. As craft brewery we have felt right away that they’re genuine craftsmen.

Today our pub is one-of-its-kind in Poland. The idea behind the project was to combine tradition and state-of-the-art solutions. We’ve kept the industrial character of the pre-war building but the space has been given an unconventional design. We’ve opened our own kitchen and beer drinking area on steps, with tables for beer mugs only, that works as an auditorium from where the scene of the beer pub and customers sitting at tables could be watched. The design of elements has been inspired by beer production. There is also the comfort area with soft colourful reclining armchairs inviting you to stretch and relax. The design has been prepared by the Wrocław-based interior design agency Studio Projektowania Wnętrz Q under the supervisor of a visual artist Małgorzata Krzemińska and an architect Elżbieta Wachowiak. The project has been implemented in 100% and has produced results way beyond our expectations.

The brewing process is open for visitors. The opening hours of the pub: 4:00p.m.-1:00a.m. (Thursday – Saturday), 4:00p.m. – 12:00a.m. (Sunday – Wednesday). The next two weekends will be exceptional. Join us!

And it’s just the beginning 🙂
