Day by day the brewing house of Browar Stu Mostów is getting more and more beautiful. The outside of the building has been renovated while the interior is undergoing the final stage of decoration. In mid-July the brewing equipment will be delivered. After it has been installed, BREWING will begin!

The works have been in full swing. The outside of the building has been renovated while the works on the interior are about to finish.

All red brick elements, which partly account for the brewery’s exceptional ambience, have already been renovated.

The process of resin flooring has just been completed. Some elements of completed water installation can also be spotted in different parts of the brewing house. It’s worth noting that a new water treatment plant will be opened in our brewery.

– We’ll use it for two reasons – Grzegorz Ziemian, the co-owner of Browar Stu Mostów explains. – Water in Wrocław is quite hard which affects both: the final taste of beer and the work of all equipment. A water treatment plant will lower the hardness of water by a few units to create ideal water for brewing. We’re paying close attention to every detail to brew the highest quality beer.

The wiring system in the brewery is being currently installed while air conditioning will soon be fitted. These works will be completed at the same time as the installation of the technological line. As a result, it will be easier to put everything together.

The only missing thing is the brewing equipment that will take up the majority of the brewing house and dining area. The installation process will start in July and finish in August. Then, we’ll get the feeling of creating a genuine place: the first craft brewery in Wrocław since closing down the Piast brewery that today would have been our neighbour.
