Summer is in the air &… in the can!
We welcome the sunny, hot days with fruit-flavoured, low-alcohol Gose and Berliner Weisse style beers!
Gose was brewed with a healthy dose of wheat malt, oatmeal and sea salt, soured with our homemade Lactobacillus bacteria and mixed with “tons” of pink guava, passion fruit and mango puree.
Try it out and feel its refreshing, fruity power!
Malts/extract:
A large amount of wheat malt and oatmeal gives the beer a silky texture and makes it extremely drinkable.
Hops:
They play a tertiary role in this beer. We used only the German Tettnanger variety to
impart a mild bitterness.
Yeast:
Home grown top fermentation strain with a rich ester profile.
Fruit:
All the tropical fruits – our favourite Guava, sour passion fruit and thick mango purees.

- Ingredients: water, barley malt, oat flakes, hops, yeast, sea salt

- Additives: generous amounts of guava, mango and passion fruit puree
- Appearance: straw yellow, slightly hazy with a generous creamy white head.
- Aromas: tropical milkshake, candied guava, ripe mango.
