The Latvians from the Arpus brewery, superbly rated by the Untappd service, visited us in August. Together we brewed an Imperial Pastry Stout as delicious as the best dessert.

Aromas – this word fits our new Art perfectly. While working on this beer, the Browar Stu Mostów was enveloped by wonderful smells, first of fresh coconut flakes roasted in our kitchen, then of Madagascan vanilla, and finally of cocoa, which we did not begrudge and poured into the future Imperial Pastry Stout. Only a miracle (read: production plan) saved the deliciously smelling additives from being devoured on the brewing day.

Luckily, because a month later we can enjoy the release of Art 48 beer, which did not disappoint our expectations. Co-brewed with the Latvians from Arpus, the Imperial Pastry Stout is exactly as it should be – black, thick, sweet – and delicious as the best dessert.
