The recent heat has made us miss light, sour and fruity beers. And so… we brewed Gose – a sour beer style originating from Goslar in Germany, traditionally made of coriander and table salt. However, we went a step further by adding to the traditional base mango and pink guava fruits!
For its production, we used barley and wheat malt together with flakes to give a smooth structure and fullness, but in the foreground you will find a composition of fruits – mango and guava brought intense tropical notes and gave it juiciness and freshness. We tweaked their taste and aroma with the addition of salt, which resulted in a delicate minerality in the finish and emphasized the citrus aroma!
The session character of this beer makes it perfect both during long summer evenings and as an everyday beer – perfectly quenching thirst!
The design of the label this time refers to NATURE – so we encourage you to combine tasting with its contemplation. You will have the opportunity to do so on August 21 in our Pub and in Concept Stu Mostów at #Długosza2 Street!
