It is a hard time for all of us, but also… full of beautiful initiatives and inter-branch solidarity signs!
We have become part of the ALL TOGETHER BEER project created by our friends from Other Half Brewing Company, which is by far the most beautiful international beer cooperation in which we had the opportunity to participate!
The project is intended to help the local hospitality industry. As part of it, together with hundreds of top breweries from all around the world, we brewed our #AllTogetherBeer! A significant part of the profits from the sale of this beer will be donated to the ForRest Projekt, which deals with professional assistance for the gastronomy industry in Poland.
We encourage you to become part of this beautiful project by buying and drinking our #AllTogether beer and support the hospitality industry in this tough times!
Malts / extract:
We used only classic (pilsner / dextrin) types of malts to make it bright, dry and simple. In addition, dry mashing allowed to obtain a brilliant malt base for this style.
Hops:
This time the first dose of hops was used already at the stage of wort cooking. For hopping the wort in the sediment tank we used a very large number of Mosaic and Cascade varieties. We have obtained a moderate bitterness, which is highlighted by the decent dryness of the beer. Hops not cold: The combination of hops used in this beer is very comprehensive. Classic and very popular US hops we used, resulted in a citrus-resin-tropical aromatic strike.
Dry-hopping:
In the first dry-hopping dose we used: Simcoe (US) and Cascade (US) hops and as a second dose: Simcoe (US) & Mosaic (US) varieties in the total amount of 16g / l liter of obtained beer.
Best when it`s fresh!
Our priority has always been and will always be the highest quality. The Can 2.0 campaign resulted in the purchase of a separate canning line, which allowed us to improve the quality of more hoppy beers. Pouring into cans reduces the oxidation process, which results in longer freshness. We always recommend to treat it with special care during storage, keep in a dark and very cool place (the fridge will be the best solution!) and do not wait – drink fresh!
