We have good news for everyone who liked the taste of our beer`n wine hybrid: WILD No. 1 Vintage Sour Ale and Bierre De Soif series – this month we are going to release brand new wild, non-fruited beer styles!

Wild No. 7 Brett New England IPA
This IPA will taste almost like a regular NEIPA in the earliest days and changing over the time, gaining more and more Brett character. Do not expect a lot of funk aromas from this beer – we used the yeast strain that enriched it more with ripe pineapple, peach and orange marmalade notes.
WILD No. 8 Biere de Table
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Little Earth Project back in November 2019. Co-fermented with our own mélange of wild yeast and Little earth’s house strain, harvested from skins in apples from their own farm in Sudbury, UK. The Biere de Table style has its roots in Belgium, where it was “everyday beer”, traditionally consumed during the harvest season. And so… it is going to be rustic, highly drinkable, low in alcohol and filled with flowery, herbal and ripe passion fruit aromas. Perfect for summer!
