Hungarian weekend in
WRCLW, Tap Takeover
& BPBW in Budapest

Beer Week in Budapest and Hungarian weekend on Długosza Street

The Hungarian craft brewing industry has been developing fast and the organizers of the BPBW have invited numerous multitaps, restaurants, and pubs to familiarize them with the beer culture and unique atmosphere. The Beer Week in Budapest is the first international craft beer festival in Hungary. The guest list includes a lot of prestigious brewers and our friends: Brouwerij De Molen, La Pirata, Edge Brewing Co., the Norwegian Lervig, Põhjala. A complete list of participating breweries is available at https://bpbw.hu/breweries

We are one of two Polish breweries participating in the Beer Week in Budapest (the other being Golem). We are bringing all our brands: WRCLW Rye RIS Porto and Bourbon Double B.A. 2017; SALAMANDER Oatmeal Chocolate Milk Stout NITRO; SALAMANDER Grapefruit and Mandarin DDH; ART#17 Pink Guava Sour Saison.

27/05 Join us for the tap takeover at Neked Csak Dezső – Brewpub & Bistro, where we are going to offer on taps: WRCLW Barley Wine; Roggenbier; SALAMANDER Strawberry Milkshake IPA and AIPA; ART#7 German Red IPL; ART#9 Oatmeal Hoptart; ART#15 Vanilla and Chocolate Hot Scotch Ale; ART#16 Blueberry Foreign Extra Stout Nitro. It’s a great opportunity to promote Polish craft and invite our friends to the Wrocław Good Beer Festival.

Whereas on Długosza Street, we are going to offer Hungarian menu. Encouraged by the largely successful Hungarian weekend that took place on 23-25 March, we are going to serve bonfire stew; Hungarian pancakes with chili peppers, jalapeño cream and chili grape sauces; stuffed peppers and chevon in pepper sauce.

The Polish-Hungarian friendship has been long established. We are going to discover Budapest with its famous Bridges: Elisabeth Bridge, Margaret Bridge, Liberty Bridge. Not to mention the Chain Bridge, well-known for its partying vibes. We can’t wait to taste the Hungarian food with its spices and peppers. We’ll make ourselves at home. We keep wondering whether Hungarian craft beers are going to outdistance the most popular Hungarian wines, Tokaji or Egri Bikaver? We’ll find out soon.
