Blueberry Berliner Weisse brewed with
farmers

Taste summer in the middle of winter!

SALAMANDER Blueberry Berliner Weisse has been brewed in cooperation with farmers associated with the Polish Berry Cooperative. We have jointly decided on using the Chandler variety cooled down when still on the farmland. When harvested cool, blueberries retain the best qualities of fresh fruit. HopGun has allowed us to bring out the best of the fruit. As a result, the beer is of a beautiful colour. It is slightly acidic and quite refreshing. The release itself is going to be a real feast!

We are going to start at the Fruit Logistica in Berlin, which is the largest fruit and vegetable expo in the world. We have invited importers of Polish berries to celebrate the success of both industries, farming and craft brewing, which are Poland’s trademarks. Learn more in specialized press. Beginning with 8 February the beer will be available in Wrocław and the three regions of Poland, where blueberries are farmed. The beer is going to be Server in the Piwna Stopa pub in Wielkopolska, Lord Jack in Rzeszów in Podkarpacie, and Św.Michał in Lubelszczyzna. Join us to taste summer in the middle of winter. Available on Thursday 8/02.

We are going to serve special snacks on Długosza that go well with the beer. Dumplings with smoked cheese and fried blueberries; blueberry molasses with beer baked beetroots, a sweet and distinct dish served in a jar with a wooden spoon; spent grain cookies with blueberries and salty caramel.
