Bringing generations together worked out well. It’s one of the most rewarding bridges!

It’s been the 4th reunion of former employees of the Wrocław-based breweries hosted at our brewery. Our guests included long-term employees involved in beer production in such breweries as Piastowski, Mieszczański and Zakrzów. There was some networking, sampling and presentation of our recent achievements: the first in the Polish history collaboration between the Polish and American brewery; ART#5 Imperial Apricot IPA; and the passion-driven Pizza Boy Brewing from Pennsylvania; joined brewing with the Bristol Brewing Company, veterans from Colorado. We also shared our experiences cooperating with the Food Think Tank and spelt-based beer with carrots; two beers brewed with the German Camba Bavaria.; WRCLW ART#7 Red German IPL and our latest beer brewed outside WRCLW: Hallertau IPL (india pale lager). We have reported on our export over to the Netherlands, Austria, and Slovakia. We have broken the news about consistent export to Russia; conquering Berlin through collaboration with the BRLO brewery and our joined project: ART#8 Strawberry Berliner Weisse and a visit at the Berlin Beer Week. We have described our efforts in recreating Schops and promoting this project. Schops was introduced at the Trends in Brewing conference in Belgium, Nordic Brewers Meeting in Finland, “Europe on the Fork” festival and the Good Beer Festival in Wrocław. All participants were given a special flyer. We have talked about our recent brewing and invited everyone to the Wrocław premiere on September 20. The event has brought together former and future brewers. In cooperation with the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences we organized a meeting with the representatives of the Nutrition Department, which offers post-graduate studies in brewing technology. We are proud to be the partner of this faculty. We have shared our experiences and the training program at the Brewery.
