Brewing Technology Course at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences
WRCLW supremacy. A great combination of advantages. Apart from a community of beer lovers and home brewers, we have a great advantage in the form of experience and openness of academic staff. The Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences is now accepting candidates for the Brewing Technology postgraduate course for the first time in Poland. The course is aimed mainly at graduates of majors connected with food technology and related majors. It is worth talking and asking for details. Our Brewery is a partner of this course and organiser of internships.

You can ask them to call you back and talk with competent persons on the phone. The staff is composed of the employees of the Unit of Fermentation Technology of the Department of Food Storage and Technology (Faculty of Food Science of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences) and external practitioners, specialists in beer production technology, instrumental and sensory analysis, design, economics and law. Browar Stu Mostów is a strategic internship partner. We are experienced. We have cooperated with Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences for a long time. And today we are equally proud of this offer.
We invite you to a special meeting on the Beer and Brewer Day on 5 August. We decided to organise a sort of information desk. We will certainly answer any questions together. Details of the invitation – time and form – will be available soon.
The highlight of the day will be an opportunity to meet former employees of Wroclaw’s breweries: Piastowski, Mieszczański and Zakrzów in the Brewery. We cyclically meet about 40 people. But each subsequent reunion is an opportunity to seek those “lost in action”. Please, help us if you know someone with an interesting past. It is hard to describe emotions felt at a meeting with former employees. You can find some memories from such meetings here – https://youtu.be/6Dff00GxLT0
