Are you ready to feel the tropical breeze of summer at Długosza?

Over a year ago, together with the Galway Bay Brewery and their main brewer Tom Delaney, we brewed a beer inspired by a cocktail called Boulevardier.

On the occasion of our cooperative brewing in Wrocław, we`ve decided to do it again – this time by recreating the taste and aroma of the popular Tiki Sour drink!

To the wort acidified with lactic acid bacteria we have added Calamansi and Pink Guava purée and highlighted the obtained profile by intense dry-hopping with El Dorado and Citra hops!
