We present the Salamander DDH DIPA in a juicy Mosaic and Simcoe version!

It’s aromatic, strong and cloudy double dry-hopped Double IPA. The mix of Mosaic and Simcoe hops used this time resulted in an intense aroma of white fruit: lychee, grapes, grapefruit and mango topped with pine and resin notes. Slightly sweeter than the classic DIPA, with lower alcohol content, strong focus on hop aroma, but not necessarily for bitterness.

Double dry-hopped DIPA is our answer to the latest IPA style trends. Beer with a double amount of malts and four times more of hops than in the classic IPA version. Double hop in whirlpool and Hopgun – a device for hopping in cold area equipment. It`s filled with aromas of white fruit – mainly lychees and grapes but you will also find here a lot of grapefruit, mango, resin notes and pine.
