We’re looking for those missing in action!
We would like to invite people professionally involved in brewing who worked in Wrocław breweries before they were closed down. Like every year, this is an excellent opportunity to socialize and present new items and solutions. The event will take place just after the great brewers’ review in Berlin and the historic brewing of Schops, so we will add to the emotions. Look for the “missing in action”. This time it’s going to be a really great mixing of generations. This time, apart from former Wrocław brewery employees, we would also like to invite prospective brewers. The latter are more than welcome to attend the meeting with the staff of the Faculty of Food Science at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. The University is opening postgraduate studies in Brewing Technology, which will be the first studies of this kind in Poland. The Brewery of a Hundred Bridges (Browar Stu Mostów) offers student training and is also a program partner of the course. Together, we’re going to answer many questions.
