West Coast IPA Comet, Amarillo

SALAMANDER West Coast IPA Comet, Amarillo

The new design of SALAMANDER labels carries a hidden value. Discover it below and don’t hesitate to talk about it.

Take it easy!

You know it? It begins with a gentle wave overflowing from the right to the left hemisphere. Logic and schematic nature absorb this unpredictable substance, which soaks into them like a tide into dried sand on a tropical beach. It is clear. Nothing but to lie down and, with a smile, sketch the bolded word “HELP” across the sky. Because, in fact, who would like to break out of this deserted oasis of creativity …?

Out of the socks.

It will tear you out of your socks. I think to myself – EUREKA! I just discovered my new talent. I will write texts inspired by the design of craft beer labels! Those who speak of values. But what is most important I decided to make it creatively. Well, I also thought I will write it about … you! BANG!

Voilà!

Take the red one and start from the right: first two sharp peaks, loop and … voilà! It turned out elegant, but you can do more. Your autograph has to be intriguing and yet uncomplicated. You’ll give it away often if you try hard now. Try again. Let it be a real display of your creativity.

Salamander West Coast IPA

It’s getting colder and darker, so we’ve created a beer that will take you straight to the warm coast of San Diego! We made some additional changes to the recipe of our West Coast IPA – we used less malts, ran the mashing process a little longer, and used dextrose. All this to increase dryness and reflect the entire aroma of the hops used in the beer!

Malts / extract:

As simple as it can be – we used only basic ingredients to create the clean malt base. No caramel notes, no unnecessary sweetness. You are here for the hops, we know it.

Hops:

Comet and Amarillo have similar stories – they were discovered some time ago and were originally used as bitter hops. They were then forgotten beacause of their strong citrus notes.

Think of the intense notes of grapefruit and lemon zest – that’s what you’ll find in our new West Coast!

Best when it`s fresh!

Such intensely hopped beer tastes insanely, especially fresh! Hop aroma decreases over time. Therefore, treat this beer with particular care – keep it in a dark and very cool place (the fridge will be a good solution) and do not wait – drink fresh!
