We\u2019re opening the brewery out of the need for authentic experience and the desire to taste the slow-paced life again. Wroc\u0142aw has not been a random choice. This is a modern and creative city with a non-conformist sprit. What\u2019s more, the brewing tradition in the capital of the Lower Silesia region goes back 800 years. Unfortunately, it has been interrupted and we want to start it again.<\/p>\n
The brewery will be located at 2 Jana D\u0142ugosza Street in a renovated red brick building. This place will not only revive the beer culture but also become a distinct meeting point on the map of Wroc\u0142aw. The new life breathed into the wonderful building has been well placed in the context of revitalising the Nadodrze district of the nearby Oder river.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re creating a space for beer lovers who want to meet friends, make friends and who follow the slow life philosophy.<\/p>\n
The bar and tables will be located at the mezzanine floor with additional seats in the outdoor area. The technological line will be placed on the ground floor so that one can watch the production process while sipping a beer.<\/p>\n
We\u2019ll be brewing mostly ale-type top fermentation beer based on our own original recipes. We care not about quantity but quality and taste of the served beer.<\/p>\n
* The originators of the Browar Stu Most\u00f3w brewery are Grzegorz and Arletta Ziemian, beer lovers for whom the fast-paced life has lost its taste.
