We have marked out debut with the selection of 6 significantly different beer styles. Since the very beginning we have aimed at showing how abundant the beer world can be. We have used a wide variety of ingredients beginning with unique malts through hops to yeast to unconventional spice mixes. The offer of Browar Stu Most\u00f3w consists of two lines: the first one redefines tradition while the other follows the dynamic beer revolution.<\/p>\n

While brewing it, we tried several new techniques in the technological process, the result of which is a bright, full and juicy IPA filled with notes of white grapes, kiwi, passion fruit, peach and lime.<\/p>\n

It’s getting colder and darker, so we’ve created a beer that will take you straight to the warm coast of San Diego! We made some additional changes to the recipe of our West Coast IPA – we used less malts, ran the mashing process a little longer, and used dextrose. All this to increase dryness and reflect the entire aroma of the hops used in the beer!<\/p>\n

It`s a sour beer style derived from Goslar in Germany. In its production process, salt and coriander were traditionally used to obtain fulness, delicate minerality and spiciness. Modern brewing went a step further and set a new way by adding fruits to the traditional GOSE base. Amazingly aromatic, juicy, sour beer with full body and smooth texture!<\/p>\n

The full aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, flowery, herbal and resinous flavours are enhanced with caramel fullness. Recommended for beer lovers who like a hint of bitterness.<\/p>\n

Salamander Chocolate Milk Stout Nitro<\/h3>\n

Opaque black, sweet stout often called a “Cream stout”. Malty notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee are dominant and the addition of milk sugar (lactose) gives it more body and sweetness. The addition of roasted barley, apart from the color, introduces the characteristic bitterness, which, together with the hoppy bitterness, balances the taste of the whole composition.<\/p>\n

At all possible production stages, we have added huge amounts of hop pellets of American varieties: Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra, which resulted in an intense tropical aroma.<\/p>\n

After great feedback of the previous beers in NEIPA style, we decided to brew it again – this time using a mix of: Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.<\/p>\n

We’ve achieved a deep cereal taste and velvety texture thanks to the addition of oat flakes, and increased quantity of malts, also those slightly toasted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It’s aromatic, strong and cloudy double dry-hopped Double IPA. The mix of Mosaic and Simcoe hops used this time resulted in an intense aroma of white fruit: lychee, grapes, grapefruit and mango topped with pine and resin notes.<\/p>\n

We used HopGun for dry – hopping with Citra BBC and Mosaic BBC aromatic hops. The hit of the hop aroma after opening the bottle is amazing! It is also distinguished by a low alcohol content, which, combined with a refreshing character, perfectly quenches thirst – perfect for summer!<\/p>\n

As the name suggests, this is an American-style wheat beer whose major flavour component, namely wheat malt, accounts not only for the beer\u2019s light colour but also its subtle bread and cereal flavour. American hop varieties give the beer its refreshing and balanced acidity while the lagering process its citric-grapefruit aroma. This refreshing and highly drinkable American Wheat is perfect for warmer days.<\/p>\n
