Summer is in the air &… in the can!<\/p>\n

We welcome the sunny, hot days with fruit-flavoured, low-alcohol Gose and Berliner Weisse style beers!<\/p>\n

Gose was brewed with a healthy dose of wheat malt, oatmeal and sea salt, soured with our homemade Lactobacillus bacteria and mixed with “tons” of pink guava, passion fruit and mango puree.<\/p>\n

Gose Guava, Passion Fruit & Mango<\/h3>\n

The perfect beer refreshment for sunny hot days. Low in alcohol, tart and filled with fruity flavor and aroma. Brewed with a generous dose of wheat malt, oatmeal and sea salt and enriched with pink guava, passion fruit and mango puree. Together they make a crisp, delicious and super drinkable whole!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts\/extract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A large amount of wheat malt and oatmeal gives the beer a silky texture and makes it extremely drinkable.<\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong>
\nThey play a tertiary role in this beer. We used only the German Tettnanger variety to
\nimpart a mild bitterness.<\/p>\n

Yeast:<\/strong>
\nHome grown top fermentation strain with a rich ester profile.<\/p>\n

Fruit:<\/strong>
\nAll the tropical fruits – our favourite Guava, sour passion fruit and thick mango purees.<\/p>\n
