Now any nonsense can be so easily spread that – well, look – how pathetically we grapple in the thicket of cheap misinformation. Everyone lie from time to time, right? But see, if only the truth is to be told, how much easier would it be to talk? At least You don’t have to remember what not to tell. If we invented honesty in this way, it has a weak reception despite its obvious advantages. And so many nice relationships wouldn’t break. Fortunately, I’m (usually) honest with you.<\/p>\n

Scientists, philosophers, journalists, youtubers – they all search for truth. And many of them claim to have found it! You also systematically teach me that it is always worth checking the source, and it does not hurt to kindly doubt. The truth is just around the corner.<\/p>\n

Our monthly NEIPA drop comes out with Meridian and El Dorado hops. As always, in the search of perfection we made few small changes in the malt bill and the water profile, but you know what to expect: <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A bright, soft, hazy, hop saturated juicy IPA.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Double dry hopped with a relatively new hop – Meridian and an already modern classic El Dorado.<\/span> Tons of candied orange, citrus, tropical fruits and berry notes coming out from this combo, well balanced with a clean malt profile accopmlished by the characteristic stone fruit ester notes from our house yeasts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Salamander New England IPA Meridian, El Dorado<\/h3>\n

New England IPA is a hazy and velvety beer with a deep orange color and distinct taste. Intense, double dry hopping with the aromatic: Meridian & El Dorado hops gave it the aroma of orange gummy bears, mango, pineapple and subtle herbal notes in the finish. It`s juicy, tropical, fresh and at the same time highly drinkable – enjoy your first sip!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts \/ extract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

New England IPA should be juicy!\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This time we decided to use a simple mix of malts, consisting of a combination of barley malts with a small share of oat malt & flakes. Light, but at the same time full base and the ideal background for an intense hopping.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brewed and d<\/span>ouble dry-hopped with a relatively new variety – Meridian and a modern classic – El Dorado.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meridian<\/span> is the perfect hop for adding layers in hoppy beers. Full of orange marmalade, tropical notes and a heavy berry aroma.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El Dorado is on the other hand tropical all the way – he gave the beer intense notes of mango, pineapple and tropical guava.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Both of them bring up the sweet orange notes with a second layer of exotic and stone fruits.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Best when it`s fresh!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Such intensely hopped beers tastes insanely, especially fresh! Hop aroma decreases over time. Therefore, treat this beer with particular care, keep it in a dark and very cool place (the fridge will be a good solution) and do not wait \u2013 drink fresh!<\/p>\n
