I am a collector. I collect experiences that make up my subjective, individual and imperfect existence. But, as a collector, I pay extraordinary attention to all this small things that raise the standard of living. And in my album there is still a place for a few rare photos. When you finally have some free time, do you also want to get to grips with everything that you usually lack? After all, I have a feeling that I didn’t really take advantage of anything. Then I think: QUALITY fool! Also this … We have a great conversation – and is this not the quality of time it is all about? So what, one more?<\/p>\n

Quantity Quality <\/strong><\/p>\n

You know the difference between quantity and quality? Quantity can be counted objectively, quality can only be assessed subjectively. In my opinion, the quality of this statement is sufficient. How do you think?<\/p>\n

Salamander Guava IPA<\/h3>\n

Super hazy and velvety beer with a bright yellow color and distinct taste. This time, we have enriched our IPA with extremely aromatic addition of pink guava fruits, receiving a gorgeous beer-hint of tropical and citrus notes. Simply perfect for summer – juicy, fresh and at the same time highly drinkable. Enjoy your first sip!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Malts \/ extract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

It should be juicy! <\/span><\/p>\n

We use a simple mix of malts, consisting of a combination of classic pilsner malt, wheat and flaked oat<\/span>. Light, but at the same time full base – the ideal background for an intense hopping. Round, full and\u00a0<\/span>velvety!<\/span><\/p>\n

Hops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Citra. Mosaic. Galaxy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You already know what this mean – a<\/span>n amazing,<\/span> classic hop combo<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>T<\/span>his 3 hops are destined to be used together, bringing the amazing aroma qualities of each variety <\/span>into a brand new dimension, full of <\/span>juicy tropical fruits, candied orange marmalade<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>drippy citrus notes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guava is one of our favourite additives in the brewery!<\/p>\n

We have used it in many different beers and styles, but this is the first time that we add it without any different fruity additives into our gorgeous IPA base.<\/p>\n

Anyways, don\u2019t feel bad – it\u2019s not all alone. It comes for you together with huge amounts of some of our favourite “punchy” hops.<\/p>\n

#This beer contains not lactose, so it totally suitable for Vegan diets.<\/p>\n

Best when it`s fresh!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Such intensely hopped beer tastes insanely, especially fresh! Hop aroma decreases over time. Therefore, treat this beer with particular care, keep it in a dark and very cool place (the fridge will be a good solution) and drink it NOW*! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*If you <\/span>dind\u2019t<\/span> already drink it yesterday. The fresher the better, really – do not hesitate – DRINK IT NOW.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
